3 locations in Kuwait, south of Kuwait City (Al Dubaia, Al Julaia, Al Zour)

Main components of project:

• Conceived as a BOT project that was awarded to the company through competitive tender, each center consists of 2 floors, with around 1,300m² per floor.
• The ground floor is divided into several shops, restaurants, a supermarket, a sanitary and electrical shop and a car and boat repair shop.
• The first floor is an open space that will be used as an entertainment hall.

Other public services are also available, such as reception hall, prayer rooms, restrooms, car parking and external green areas.
